- Participants must weigh between 60 and 300 pounds (27 and 136 kilograms). Youth between 45 and 60 pounds can participate if they ride tandem with a parent on every line. All participants will be weighed at check in.
- Youth age 15 and under must have a parent or guardian/chaperone accompany them on the tour. Youth under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their Participant Agreement Form.
- You cannot participate in the zip-line tour if you are: Pregnant or think you may be pregnant; or under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or legal drugs that impair you in any way.

High Life Adventures has a strict 48 hour cancellation / re-scheduling policy. Any changes to the reservation (including date, tour time, and number of participants) must be made 48 hours in advance.

Participants must arrive 20 minutes before scheduled tour time. Late arrivals will not be able to join a tour once it starts and refunds are not provided.

A zip line is a cable reaching between two fixed points that a participant zips across with a trolley resting on the cable. Instead of zipping tree to tree, we chose to build fixed structures and towers to protect the health of the trees.

Don’t worry; you’ll fit right in with most other participants! Our experienced and patient guides will happily facilitate your experience to make you as comfortable as possible.

Participants must weigh between 60 and 300 pounds (27 and 136 kilograms) and be able to complete a moderate hike on a hilly terrain (approximately ½ mile total). The zip line tour is not recommended for people with neck or back injuries. People with other medical conditions should check with their doctor before participating. Pregnant women cannot participate in the zip line tour. High Life Adventures has the right to cancel your tour if we are concerned about your physical well being. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their Participant Agreement Form. Youth age 15 and under must be accompanied by a guardian on the tour.

Yes! In order to participate, each person must sign a Participant Agreement Form. Adventure activities involve hazards and risks which are outlined in our Participant Agreement Form. Below is a link to this form that each person participating or visiting the property will need to fill out and sign. Those under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature. Participants 15 and under must be accompanied by a guardian on the tour.

Tour groups consist of two guides and up to 12 participants. Companies, families, or other large groups with more than 12 participants will be divided into multiple groups.

The tour time varies depending on the number of participants and can take anywhere from one to 2.5 hours. High Life Adventures cannot guarantee a specific ending time.

Participants will be between 15 and 75 feet above the ground. Each individual zip line is different.

Our zip lines have a guide-operated braking system, adjustable for each participant to ensure a smooth landing. As a participant you get to sit back and enjoy the ride, no braking required.

Each participant will be provided with a harness that goes over the shoulders, around the waist, and around the legs at mid-thigh. You will also have your own zip trolley, lanyard, and helmet. We provide all of this equipment on site.

Please wear comfortable clothing that will cover the areas that come in contact with the harness: shoulders, waist, and mid-thigh. Participants must wear sturdy closed-toe shoes secured by laces or straps. Please tie back long hair and remove dangling jewelry prior to zipping. Cameras are welcome, however, you are solely responsible for its transport and condition. High Life Adventures is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

The construction and operation of our zip line course meets or surpasses the Association for Challenge Course Technology’s (ACCT) standards. Our guides have gone through extensive training and perform daily inspections of the course and all equipment.

It is customary to tip your guides about 10% if they did a good job and you had a great time.

The main details needed for your reservation include; the number of participants, the date of the tour you want, the tour time that works best for you, and your payment information. Groups of 10 or more should call or e-mail to book tours. -
To ensure a quality experience, tours are offered by reservation only. Once you have booked your tour, we schedule guides and administrative staff to be available to make your zip line adventure as amazing as possible. For this reason, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of tours. If you need to cancel entirely, we will provide a full refund for cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice.

Yes! We zip rain or shine and will make every effort to complete your tour as scheduled. If there is lightning or high winds we will need to suspend or potentially reschedule your tour. In this case, we are happy to offer you a rain check and reschedule for another date.

Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the tour start time. High Life Adventures is located at 92111 High Life Road in Warrenton, Oregon. Please see our Directions page for more information.

If you are late for your tour or do not show up, you will not be refunded. As a company we will have incurred all the same expenses and will have sadly turned other zippers away who wanted your spot. Please call for directions and leave with enough time to account for possible traffic delays.
